From incarceration to the community: reflections on the process of psychological change
Kerry Beckley and Jackie Craissati engage in a lively debate about psychological interventions for individuals with high-risk offending histories. This is a topical subject that evokes passionate polarities of view. We draw on our extensive clinical experience to ponder on successes and failures, the contribution of accredited programmes to personal change; we trawl the literature for an evidence base, concluding with some thoughts about next steps in this challenging area of work.
Save the date – Wed 22nd September, 3.30-4.45 on Zoom.
