Bite Size Training: working with men who sexually offend (for organisational use)
An exciting new training for teams who are working in criminal justice and social care but lacking experience or confidence in working with men who sexually offend. It is highly suitable for those who work with survivors of sexual assault, or non-offending partners; and those who work in forensic mental health services and the voluntary sector.
Six x 30 minute modules (accompanied by a pdf workbook) that can be watched in snatches of work time, and providing key information for busy team members needing to understand how to assess and work with men who sexually offend. The modules cover everything from looking after yourself to typologies for understanding non-contact, child victim and adult victim perpetrators. We devote a further two modules to risk assessment.
